What to include in your enquiry
To prepare a proposal, it helps to know the date, the approximate number of guests, the location or venue, the type of event — private dinner, corporate event, wedding or reception — and any allergies or dietary requirements.
Let us know if you would like service staff, wine pairings, bread and butter service or rental of plates, cutlery and glasses.
When to book
We recommend contacting us 2–4 weeks in advance for private dinners and corporate events, and earlier for weddings and the busy summer and December seasons.
